Regency Contractors processes personal data submitted through applications and while operating the platform in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The information you provide is used to assess your application, to operate the portal, and to communicate with you about the service.

What we collect

Contact information, business details, insurance and accreditation information, documents you upload, and portal usage information.

How we use it

To review applications, operate the platform, verify credentials, communicate with members and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Public elements of your contractor profile are visible to approved property-professional members. Documents and internal information are not shared publicly.

Website visit analytics

When you visit our public pages we record first-party visit information: the date and time, your IP address, the page you landed on, the referring site or campaign link, and whether you viewed or submitted an application. We use this under our legitimate interest in understanding how contractors find us and preventing misuse. It is visible only to our administrators, is not shared with advertisers, and IP addresses are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Individual page-view statistics (consent only)

Only if you accept statistics cookies, we also record each public page you view: the date and time, the page address (without any query details), approximate active time on the page, the referring website domain or campaign label, and a random visitor identifier stored in your browser so we can tell new and returning visits apart. This record does not include your IP address or anything you type into forms, is visible only to the site owner, and is deleted after 90 days. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings; tracking then stops and the identifier is removed.
