These terms govern use of the Regency Contractors platform. By submitting an application, and by accessing the portal as an approved member, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Membership is granted at Regency Contractors's discretion and may be withdrawn where a member fails to maintain the platform's standards.

Content

Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and publish. Regency Contractors may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading or contrary to the platform's standards.

Liability

Regency Contractors facilitates connections between property professionals and contractors. The commercial relationship between members is a matter for those parties and does not create liability for Regency Contractors.
