Contractors are reviewed
before they enter the network.
Businesses applying to the Regency Contractors network may be required to provide evidence supporting their experience, insurance, qualifications, accreditations and health and safety procedures. Information is reviewed before a profile is approved for publication.
A single, published standard —
applied to every contractor.
- 01Valid public liability insurance
- 02Relevant trade qualifications
- 03Demonstrable industry experience
- 04Accurate company information
- 05Health and safety documentation
- 06Relevant licences and accreditations
- 07Professional conduct standards
- 08Service and operating area information
- 09Previous project experience
- 10Ongoing profile maintenance
Application review
Each contractor application is reviewed individually. Where further evidence is required, Regency will request it directly through the contractor portal before a profile is approved.
Ongoing profile maintenance
Insurance and accreditation documents are expected to remain current. Contractors are prompted to update their profile as documents approach expiry so information stays accurate.
Approval for inclusion on the platform does not replace project-specific procurement, compliance or due-diligence checks. Property professionals should complete their own checks appropriate to the works being appointed.
