- No. Regency is a procurement network, not a contractor. Many contractors on the network offer out-of-hours attendance, and their profiles indicate the services they provide. Response arrangements are agreed directly with each contractor.
- How quickly can I find a contractor in an emergency?
- Searching the network takes minutes, but the best results come from building cover in advance — identifying and contacting contractors for each critical trade and area before a failure occurs.
- Can I use the network for planned work as well as reactive?
