Commercial Contractor
Procurement Portal

The Regency client portal is where facilities, property and commercial organisations search vetted contractors, filter by trade and location, review credentials, build shortlists and request quotes — in one place, with direct contact and no margin on work.

The workflow

Search, filter, review, shortlist, contact.

This page describes the client-side portal. Contractors looking for their own account should visit the contractor sign-in.

  1. 01

    Search

Start from the requirement — a trade, a location, a capability — and see the approved contractors that match.

  2. 02

    Filter

Narrow by service area, trade category and the profile information that matters for the job.

  3. 03

    Review credentials

Open profiles for services, accreditations, insurance information, experience and company details, presented consistently.

  4. 04

    Shortlist

Save contractors per building, trade or region so future requirements start from a bench.

  5. 05

    Request quotes and contact

Message contractors directly through the platform, send requirements and compare responses.

Regency is a procurement network rather than a marketplace inserting itself into the transaction. Contractors pay for network membership; client access is free for professional organisations; and pricing, scope and contracts are agreed directly between client and contractor.

Nothing about network approval replaces your own appointment decision — it organises the supply so that decision starts from vetted, comparable information. Our guides explain what a procurement portal is and how to run a contractor vetting process.
